Return Policy

All sales are final once the payment is made. Request of refund will not be entertained unless for exceptional cases.

REFUND POLICY 


We normally do not give any refunds as we do not accept returns and all purchases are final sale without exception. However, raised cases by customer will be reviewed & determined by management. Kindly reach out to our email (mysac.official@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+6012 953 2501) if you'd like to request for a refund/exchange in store credits. Final decisions regarding refunds/exchanges will be informed via email / WhatsApp, in which exchange and refund is available only in store credits. 


Exceptional cases can include:

  • If the product is out of stock
  • If the product price drops considerably in the market compared to what we list in our website


Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us including the postal costs, tax, and duties, cost of insurance for returning goods. We will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged so please be sure to get proof of posting. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We recommend you return your package via a secure and reliable postal service.
