Ans: We make second-hand buying and selling clear. Mysac doesn't just sell items; sellers decide their prices. We earn a fixed percentage of the final selling price. This means everyone knows how much we make in each deal. We're committed to being transparent.

Q3: How quickly can you sell our items?

Ans: We help you sell quickly. Your items can usually be sold in just a month. We make sure more people see your products, using platform like Mysac to reach a bigger audience.

Q4: How much does Mysac cost?

Ans: The platform commission is determined by the seller's membership level at the time of product sale. Higher levels incur lower commissions, ranging from a minimum of RM199 to a maximum of RM9999. Refer to the seller's membership center for detailed charging rules.

Q5: How long does it take to sell?

Ans: 50% of items can sell within 10 days. Mysac assists sellers through activities and games, allowing them to set fair prices, engage in platform events, or negotiate prices for increased exposure and faster sales.

Q6: How long does it take for the income to arrive?

Ans: On the 10th day after the buyer acknowledges receipt, the consignment income will be deposited into the seller's wallet. You can withdraw cash to a bank account, or use it to purchase our listed products.

Q7: How should I price my item?

Ans: All products on Mysac are priced independently by sellers. While Mysac offers recommended price references using big data algorithms, sellers have the flexibility to adjust prices at any time according to their preferences.

Q8: How do your fees ensure fairness and transparency?

Ans: Our fees are designed to be fair and transparent. We charge a minimum commission of 15% of the sold price, with a maximum commission capped at RM9,999 per item. This commission encompasses all operational expenses, covering product identification, photography, labor, consumables, and more. Importantly, we don't engage in price competition with others. Instead, our focus is on fostering a healthy, long-term financial foundation. This approach ensures that we can consistently deliver superior second-hand transaction services, contributing to a seamless and reliable experience for all our users.
